Alexander
Borewko
Born in Minsk, Belarus in 1960 he successfully completed his studies
in Art at Hlebaw Minsk school of Art and in 1987 the Acadamey of
Art Republic. He studied architecture and was engaged in restoration
of Russian works of Art from the middle ages. In the late 1980's
he settled in Paris and was inspired by the works of the late impressionists.
In 1992 he emigrated to Israel and continues to paint in watercolour
and oil with rich textures.
Borewko's painters eye possesses the wonderful quality to
transform reality, and penetrate beyond the limits of the ordinary
to reveal the difference between real and unreal worlds.
